Ive been though My Share of boss"s And i have noticed that most of them Were less Qualifyed THEN I WAS.. If im going to work For Someone else then They Better Be More Experienced at the job then me and also know more about what hes doing.. I know alot of people feel like this.. im sure you have had the boss that was a idiot and didnt teach you anything Except just boss you around..


5. No Ownership and Too Little Pay.
Most people focus on pay.. Dont get me wrong Thats what makes Everything Work.. but this is not always the best thing to look at but in this economy people are getting paid less and less to do what they used to do,,... why would Someone Work On Somthing There Whole life That they have never owned?.When you work a homebased business, not only are you paid in a more tax friendly way, you also have been building an asset that you own.


4. No Job Security No Respect..
Some believe that having a homebased business is too risky.. By the way by 22 i had already own my 2nd Homebased Business and Already Banked over $100,000 .. AT 22!!! So trust me on that.., I seen people losing There Jobs and Getting laid off So for me to trust Somone Else with my future in There hands was Way To Risky For Me... Ive Never Actually had a Good Boss that Was Qualifyed To Teach me Anything..It was apperent To me that my opion didnt matter and i was just another person That They could Replace.. Well Screw That.. Most people simply want more respect in life, that is something you don’t typically find working for someone else..


3. Not Enough Vacation Time..
Do You Actually think that Your Life is Meant to have 1 maybe 2 vacation a Year? Well it isnt When you have a Hombased Business Your Time Freedom Is Huge... I was like Many Other people Working Over 40+ hours Taking Maybe 1 vacation a year... Well not anymore..


2. Daily Commute..
What is the best thing about a Alarm Clock? Not having one.. I remember waking up Geting dressed and Drving to go WORK FOR SOMEONE ELSE IN THERE BUSINESS MAKING THEM MONEY..
